Very similar to the Vehicle Timesheet report however in addition this also identifies the longest journey that the vehicle has completed that day, the idea for this report is to identify if your drivers are taking the appropriate breaks.
There are 3 thresholds in the report:
Under 2 hours – Green
Between 2-3 hours – Yellow
Over 3 hours – Red
The reason for highlighting this is because drivers should not be on the road for more than 3 hours without having a stop therefore this report will highlight whether your drivers are keeping under the 3 hour limit.
The report is ideal for long haulage companies who have drivers constantly out on the road and need to constantly monitor their driving patterns to ensure they are taking the necessary breaks.
