The Vehicle Timesheet report allows the user to view at a glance, the number of journeys made, total mileage, driving time and idle time. This report can be run for a week, a weekend (which is handy to see any out of hours driving) or a specific date range and is a quick way of checking the total driving time and mileage.
These report are defaulted to giving you a weekly report and are ideal for Managers who wish to have an electronic timesheet of their vehicles, as it will record the start and finish times of each day, particularly useful for working out your employees overtime hours and is an excellent guide to monitoring weekly mileage.
